Scott Williamson: President

My family has served in every armed force the U.S. has/had stretching all the way back to the Civil War. I was an airborne combat engineer that served during the gulf war. During my time with the Army I did not see any action but did get a lot of great experience in construction/building. We spent 6 months in Dominica – Canadian owned island and built a training facility for their police/army. Additionally I built a few public facilities, baths and helped out with a lot of hurricane cleanup and repair.

Construction Background:
Results-oriented, knowledgeable construction and development professional with over 14 years of expertise in many facets of the industry. Responsible for successful completion of projects through coordinating and overseeing personnel and building positive relations with vendors, clients, and other tradesmen while maintaining budget. Proficient in project estimating, contract negotiations, document preparation, building codes & regulations, monthly reporting forms, and material purchasing.

Tony DeCarlo: Director of Operations

Tony was born and raised in South Florida and graduated from the University of Florida in 2004. Tony's accomplishments include: Director of Development, Account Executive, Project Manager and has recently been confirmed as a licensed insurance adjuster and still maintains his responsibilities as our director of operations. Tony prides himself in executing all projects with pure excellence, timely delivery and open and honest communication.
